All Merida Creative merchandise is made to order through our production and fulfillment partner, Printful. Your item is produced especially for you after your order is placed rather than being pulled from pre-made inventory.

All Merida Creative merchandise is made to order through our production and fulfillment partner, Printful. Your item is produced especially for you after your order is placed rather than being pulled from pre-made inventory.
Printful takes about 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

All merchandise sales are final. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or a change of mind.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partner. Contact us at store@meridacreative.co.

We are unable to offer size exchanges because every item is made to order. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide included on the product page and comparing the measurements with an item you already own before ordering.

Orders move into production shortly after they are placed, so changes and cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your product, size, color, shipping address, and payment information before completing checkout.

Some products may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, garment material, and the printing or embroidery process.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking page to update after receiving the shipping notification.
