Refund Policy

Because Merida Creative website templates and digital products are digital goods, purchases are generally final once fulfillment has begun.
Website Templates
Website template purchases are final and non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.
For template purchases, fulfillment begins when Merida Creative:
creates or prepares the Squarespace trial site for your order;
begins setting up or transferring the purchased template; or
provides you with access to the purchased template,
whichever occurs first.
Once fulfillment has begun, the template cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product, and access to the design and digital materials cannot always be fully revoked. Please review the template demo, product description, included pages, features, requirements, and FAQs carefully before purchasing.
Before Fulfillment Begins
If you contact us before fulfillment has begun, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at jenaye@meridacreative.co if you believe you purchased the wrong template or placed an order by mistake.
Duplicate Purchases and Order Errors
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, experience a billing error, or believe there is another issue with your order, please contact us. Merida Creative may provide a refund, credit, exchange, or other resolution at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Digital Downloads and Other Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, downloadable digital products are final sale once the download, access link, file, resource, or other digital content has been delivered or made available to you.
Custom Services
Website design, marketing, consulting, social media, and other custom professional services are governed by the payment, cancellation, and refund terms contained in the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.
This Refund Policy does not replace the terms of a separate signed client agreement.
Squarespace and Third-Party Fees
Merida Creative does not issue refunds for fees paid directly to Squarespace or other third-party providers, including subscriptions, domains, email services, plugins, applications, software, or other external services.
Refund requests relating to those charges must be submitted directly to the applicable provider and are subject to that provider's policies.
Exceptional Circumstances
If Merida Creative is unable to deliver the product you purchased due to an error or issue on our end, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you that cannot legally be waived.
