MEET JENAYE MERIDA

Jenaye Merida is a website designer, marketing strategist, and creative partner with more than a decade of experience helping people and organizations communicate their value, strengthen their brands, and connect with the right audiences.

Jenaye has spent ten years working across publishing, publicity, marketing, and literary representation (while freelancing/side-hustling in the in between hours.. the beginnings of Merida Creative).

She began her career at Lifeway as a Publicist and Marketing Strategist, developing publicity campaigns, launch strategies, and messaging for books and authors. She later joined K-LOVE Books and WTA Media as a Literary Agent and Marketing Manager, where she guided authors in developing their platforms and led marketing initiatives for new releases.

Today, that varied experience shapes each of Merida Creative’s three core services: Squarespace website design, creative marketing, and social media management. Jenaye brings together thoughtful design, strategic messaging, audience insight, and practical marketing experience to create work that not only looks polished, but also supports a larger business or ministry goal.

Over the course of her career, she has worked with award-winning artists, nationally recognized authors, nonprofit organizations, law firms, financial professionals, and growing businesses across the country. Her client work has included long-term creative partnerships with musical artists such as Lynda Randle, Point of Grace, Cindy Morgan, and Austin French, along with campaigns and projects supporting established voices throughout music, publishing, ministry, and professional services.

A Squarespace Circle Member since 2021, Jenaye has designed nearly 50 custom Squarespace websites and continues to support clients through ongoing website management, social media strategy, content creation, campaign planning, and creative marketing.

At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to help clients communicate clearly, show up confidently, and build an online presence that moves their work forward.
